Multi-sized pattern for Adults: 34-50 (chest width)

This sewing pattern is for a traditional Anorak pullover coat with some amazing features.  The Anorak is fully lined and has an option for adding insulation.  The zippered neck opening can be made with a collar or with a drawstring hood.  There are cozy handwarmer pockets and a front zippered pouch pocket under a secured flap.  Cuffs are made to be adjusted with velcro closures.  And the lower hem can be cinched against the cold with a drawstring cord and toggle.  Our instructions show you how to add optional side vents.  Make this anorak in two lengths - hip-length or a long version.  

Suggested Fabrics:
Outer Shell: Lightweight , or
Lining: plus Thinsulate™; or ; or Quilted Lining.
Insulation: Thinsulate™.

Notions:
Polyester thread, two , 3 yd 1/8" or , one 1/4" grommet, 1/4 yd of 3/4" , 1/4 yd of 2" , 3 (with hood) or 1 (with collar).  Optional Side Seam Vents: two 7" .
